Past and Present Collaborators

Sophie Erbs belongs to a generation of producers, who are dedicated to building creative bridges between talents from all countries.

She is a member of both EAVE and ACE and has produced and co-produced 26 feature films.

Valerie Massadian, a Franco-Armenian photographer and filmmaker, is known for her work exploring female characters and their connection to nature. Her unique cinematic style blurs the boundaries between fiction and reality, redefining the limits of storytelling.
Her first feature film, Nana (2010-2012), won several prestigious awards, including the Opera Prima/Best First Feature Film at the Locarno Film Festival and the Best International Film Award at the Valdivia International Film Festival. Her second film, Milla (2016-2017), won the Special Jury Prize and the Eurimages « Audentia » Best Director Award at the Locarno Film Festival, as well as the Grand Prix at DOCLISBOA.
Massadian has also directed short films and installations, such as America (2013), Ninouche (2013), Precious (2014), and Mamoushka (2014, 2018).
Her recent works include Ire (2021) and the installation Care (2023) for the REEL Art series by Core Dance and Villa Albertine.

In addition to her films, she has collaborated on various artistic projects, including with Nan Goldin, and was a fellow at the Radcliffe Institute at Harvard, where she deepened her approach to visual storytelling.

Myriam Sassine produced award-winning films such as Costa Brava, Lebanon by Mounia Akl, 1982 by Oualid Mouaness, Amal by Mohamed Siam, Panoptic by Rana Eid, Dancing on the Edge of a Volcano by Cyril Aris and Diaries from Lebanonby Myriam El Hajj. 

In 2016, she co-founded the Maskoon Fantastic Film Festival, the first and only festival of its kind in the Arab region.

She currently manages Aflamuna Connection, a co-production platform for Arab filmmakers.

She’s also the head of Tatino Films’ international training program Full Circle Lab Nouvelle-Aquitaine Hessen. 

Timothée Cliquet is an alumni of the Atelier Ludwigsburg-Paris. He began his career in distribution, working for two years as an assistant at Under the Milky Way, with stints in both Paris and New York. He then transitioned into production at Indie Prod, the production arm of Indie Sales, where he supported the development and financing of projects including A Tale of Shemroon by Emad Aleebrahim Dehkordi and Banel & Adama by Ramata Toulaye-Sy (Cannes Competition 2023).

His career then took him to Mexico City, where he joined the distribution team at Pimienta Films before collaborating with Amondo Cine on the production of several feature films such as Manto de Gemas by Natalia López (Silver Bear for Best Director, Berlinale 2022) and El Hoyo en la Cerca by Joaquín del Paso.

Before starting his collaboration with Gaïjin as a production coordinator in 2024, Timothée produced three short films: Cryptid by Amina Krami (M&C Marseille 2023, co-produced with Arte), Mauvais Coton by Nicolas Dumaret (Official Selection at La Cinef, Cannes 2024), and Arythmie by Yasmine Benaceur.

Baptiste Gourvennec is a production manager for cinema and advertising. He has worked on a number of short and feature films, including Guillaume Canet’s Asterix & Obelix: The Middle Kingdom, Fabien Beillevaire’s La bête de Grand Lieu and Hélène Rosselet Ruiz’s Pas l’coeur assez grand.

He was also assistant stage manager on Pascal Elbé’s La bonne étoile. A graduate in Production and Cinema and Audiovisual Studies, he continued his training in 2024 at Dirprod Formation in Paris.
